I will go in spurts of tuning in for brief periods to something like Finding Bigfoot to see what, exactly these people thing they're doing, but how it lasts more than two episodes, I don't know.

I also love the idea that if we DID find anything resembling evidence of Bigfoot, it would pop up on Animal Planet in a Wednesday 9:00 PM spot.

You live in Oregon. I'm not saying that makes me better. I'm just saying I'm glad. Several years ago, my wife and I kinda got sucked into "Little People, Big World." But yeah, the formula you described is still in place, only with more internal mechanisms, for it to blow up and create controversy. First of all, I can't stand TLC, Discovery or the History Channel. They all used to have good programming, but have become purely ratings driven enterprises that no longer resemble their titles. The Deadliest Catch? How many seasons of crab fishing to I have to watch to "discover" something? The Learning Channel? How about DPC, Dysfunctional people Channel. Finally, please explain to me how UFO Hunters, Ice Road Truckers, Finding Bigfoot and Pawn Stars amount to history. Jake Shorehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00124378230594689452noreply@blogger.com
