Yvonne Craig, most famous for her role as Barbara Gordon/ Batgirl in the 1960's TV series, Batman, has passed.
Craig also played "Marta" in the famous Whom Gods Destroy episode of Star Trek.
Craig's acting career spanned decades, and she appeared on everything from Perry Mason to Fantasy Island. And, quite honestly, she was a bit of a nerd-boy pin-up, winning the hearts of those of us who couldn't believe someone had been both an Orion and Batgirl.
We'll miss you, Yvonne.
