The Frontier is Everywhere

This is not official NASA work. This is a NASA fan film.

And it encapsulates exactly why I believe in a space program by the people and for the people.

I was a sub-contractor for NASA, working on both the space shuttle and space station, back before '99. I get a little teary-eyed looking at how they've struggled along for so long, and now are slowly getting axed by budget cuts.

On another note, there's a great article on the graphical history of the batmobile on line: http://graphjam.memebase.com/2011/01/11/funny-graphs-the-evolution-of-the-batmobile/

NASA!!! Kind of the dream, man, but I understand it can't be all space travel and moon landings.

I had weird dreams of working at NASA long ago. I didn't care if I was pushing a broom, but I couldn't quite figure an angle into helping launch people into space.

I'll post that Batmobile thing this evening.
